The Albany, Cois Fharraige
Constructed in the front lawn of a existing Georgian house, the new home was built with an insitu concrete frame and clad with local granite and travertine stone sourced from Tuscany which was finished with a zinc parapet capping. The project included a bespoke cantilevered stairs clad in travertine stone in the main hallway. The first floor living area and balcony includes spectacular views over Dublin bay through the large sliding doors and frame less glass balustrades.
