Complete refurbishment of existing house and construction of new extension and basement structure. Prior to the commencement of the new construction works, soil retention works were carried out to the rear face of the site with the installation of 12m high retaining wall which include the installation of soil nails and a shotcrete finish.
The interiors of the house were designed by Helen Turkington interior design and finished in their paint collection.
