Phase 1 of this projects involved a steel frame extension to the rear of the building spread over 5 floors including the refurbishment of existing stair core and construction / fit-out of toilet facilities serving each floor.
Phase 2 of the project included the category A fit-out of the building for the tenant GE completed within a 16 week programme.
