Gleesons Townhouse
Gleeson's Townhouse entailed a first floor extension to an existing bar and restaurant constructing 16 No. en-suite bedrooms built to the highest standard. The existing bar and restaurant on the ground floor remained open throughout the works which added to the complexity of the project. The second phase of the project included the fit out of a new bar on the ground floor and renovation of the formal dining room.
Gleeson's Townhouse involved a first-floor extension adding 16 en-suite bedrooms, with the bar and restaurant operating throughout. Phase two included a new bar fit-out and formal dining room renovation.
